Sworn translation services
You need to focus on your core services, but you are concerned about the quality of external translations. You work with sensitive matters and need to guarantee full confidentiality.
Entrusting your official documents to the wrong person can expose you and your clients to significant risks.
Unlike translation agencies you may have used in the past, I will be your single point of contact and the only person working on your documents. I am a sworn translator with over 20 years of experience delivering quality, reliable and fully confidential services.
Working with me on your official documents in Dutch, French, English and Spanish ensures consistent, confidential communication that upholds your reputation and lets you focus on your clients.

Who I work for
My clients value quality and professionalism. See what they say.
Lawyers
Judgments, petitions and contracts for cross-border cases, with consistent legal terminology from one document to the next.
Notaries
Notarial and purchase deeds, powers of attorney and wills for clients who sign in another language.
Expats
Civil status certificates, diplomas, criminal records and the rest of the paperwork for moving abroad.
Companies
Contracts, terms and conditions and documents for import, export or a new market.
Four steps, all by email
Send a scan
A complete, clearly legible scan of the document. Every stamp, seal and handwritten note must be visible: I translate everything that appears on it.
Quote and deadline
You get a quote straight away, usually per source word, and an estimate of the delivery time. Complex layouts are priced on the time they take.
Translation
As a rough guide, around 2,500 words per working day. Complex legal documents take longer, because accuracy comes first.
Signed and delivered
Since 1 December 2022 the procedure is fully digital: you receive the sworn translation by email with my electronic signature. An Apostille can be added if the destination requires it.
