What data, and why

The data you send me by email, by phone or through the contact form: your name, your email address and the documents you want translated. I use them only to reply, prepare a quote and carry out the translation.

The legal basis is your consent when you contact me and, if you order a translation, the performance of that order. Your documents are also protected by the sworn translator’s professional secrecy.

How long

For as long as the service lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by legal and tax obligations.

Who it is shared with

No one, unless required by law or a court order. The website is hosted on a server in the European Union.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you don’t see a cookie banner.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@nuyttentranslations.com. If you believe they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).
